The Science of SuperShot

The Most Complete PRP.

SuperShot PRP® uses a patented aqueous two-phase system to create an extracellular vesicle rich PRP at point of care.

For Physicians For Patients
The Problem

Standard PRP throws away half the therapy.

In a standard PRP preparation, the platelet-poor plasma (PPP) is typically discarded — but it's rich in low-density extracellular vesicles, including exosomes, that transport proteins and microRNAs to support tissue regeneration, healing, and rejuvenation.

Standard PRP
Platelet-Poor Plasma → discarded
Platelet-Rich Plasma retained
Extracellular Fraction → not concentrated
SuperShot PRP® Aqueous Two-Phase System
PPP + SuperShot PRP® solution → 1-min spin
Extracellular Fraction → added to PRP
Zero waste
The Solution

Change the physics, not the protocol.

SuperShot PRP® uses a density gradient centrifugation solution to create an aqueous two-phase system that reduces the solubility of low-density lipoproteins — pelleting EVs at ordinary tabletop centrifuge speeds in just one minute. The result - a revolutionary EV rich PRP.

Fully Autologous
SuperShot PRP® concentrates what's already in the patient's blood — the same principle as concentrating platelets. Patient's own biology, zero foreign materials.
One Extra Minute
EVs can be pelleted at ordinary tabletop centrifuge speeds. The pelleted fraction is added back to your PRP. No new equipment required.
EV-Rich PRP
The result is PRP rich with Extracellular Vesicles — including exosomes — delivering the signaling molecules that can support regeneration.
